- How a young person chooses where to work: channels, sources, word of mouth.
- The sector's work as young people see it.
Exercise
Beliefs about Gen Z tested against data.
From diagnosis to decisions
- Results walkthrough: the GPI and, in the full level, the diagnosis and the gaps.
- Levers on attraction, selection and onboarding.

Priorities and first actions, each with an owner and a deadline.
Two configurations
Base and full
GPI analysis and training
The organisation receives the measure of its perceived attractiveness and uses it in the classroom to set priorities.
- GPI across the seven pillars, with criteria adapted to the sector and a comparison with similar organisations.
- Report with composite and per-pillar scores, the Gen Z voice, sources and method, first intervention pointers.
- Module 1 and Module 2 in the classroom, teaching materials included.

With the Generational Diagnosis
GPI measures how the organisation looks from the outside.
- Individual interviews with a structured guide, identical for everyone, so answers can be compared.
- Analysis of public reviews and discussions: job boards, reviews, forums and publicly accessible social content.
- Gap map, prioritised action plan and executive briefing for leadership.

Why the distinction matters
Three different problems, three different solutions
Every gap falls into one of three categories.
They don't know
The organisation offers something young people are unaware of. The fix is communication.
They don't believe it
The organisation says it, but is not believed. Evidence is needed, not messages.
It is genuinely missing
The problem is real. It has to be solved, not communicated.
